Just thought this would be a fun way to get active! If you are a beginner just getting started getting active, please feel free to adjust the numbers to meet your individual needs. Take a day of rest if needed but honestly try to do the challenge as listed. Try to do as many as you can. For people more experienced this should be a breeze! Up the numbers to make it more of a challenge for you. I hope you enjoy :)<3
