I've been doing week 1 for about 3 weeks now because I've been afraid to move on, but after reading the C25K thread it motivated me to slow down my speed and move on to week 2. Yesterday I completed Week 2 Day 1. The crazy part is I did all of the runs. During week one I could not do that. I almost cried when I got off the treadmill.
I am so proud of myself and I am motivated to continue.

Great job! Keep going! Seems like, when I did this program in the past, I had to repeat a week now and then. Week 5 stands out in my head.

Fantastic. I actually just finished my C25K program about an hour a go. I can't believe the progress I've made. Each day I progressed I never thought I'd get through the next day, but somehow I did.0
