A re-introduction

As you can see by my post count, I'm not exactly "new" here. I joined MFP years ago (around June 2011) and was an active user from then until sometime in 2014. I managed to lose quite a bit of weight thanks to MFP back then! Went from 170 lbs down to around 128 and gained myself a whole new lifestyle. I started working for a fitness company which kept me motivated and continuing on the weight loss and eventually weight maintenance journey. But after a couple of years working for the fitness company, I changed careers again and switched to a more sedentary job. Instead of being on my feet all day and working out as part of my job, I had a desk job with 12+ hour work days. 3 years of that, and here I am today. I went from 128 to 198 in the span of about 3.5 years. YIKES. Something had to change!

So here I am again, a little older, a little wiser, and very much more eager to take on this journey again. Having lost weight with MFP in the past, I know it's possible! But I know this time around I need to stick with it for good!

I have designated myself the prodigal daughter. I too have had success with MFP and have returned more than once. Have a successful journey; this is such a great group of supportive people.
