Need motivation to do my best

In the beginning of 2016 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. In summer we did another blood test and I was out of the diabetic range. Ever since then I've gone down hill. I stopped logging my food intake and started eating badly again. I've gained back about 10 lbs of the 20 I originally lost. I feel badly about myself and want to get back on track!

Just think back to what you've already achieved, we all have ups and downs with weightloss. It's not linear and you'll mess up for a week, a month or maybe 2 months. The important thing is to get back on it and carry on, draw a line under the weight you've gained and focus on the future. You can do it, you've already proved to yourself that you can. Feel free to add me if you like1

I can relate about bouncing back after losing the weight. I just really have to stop and realize I need change for me and my health. You did it before and you can do it again! Add me (:0
