I can easily turn down most desserts. And I am a sugar Addict!

I have discovered the secret to controlling sugar cravings!!!! And I have been a lifelong sugar Addict and former bulemic. My secret is a daily, hour long, yoga asana practice, and a twice daily, 15 minute breathing meditation practice. Candy bars mean nothing to me today. This is unheard of. Before, I was at their mercy! Today, if I eat sweets, it's because I choose to, and not because they're screaming at me.

I am glad you found something that works! I had to give up all added sugars. Now I don't care for anything sweet beyond some fruit and raw honey. It's kind of liberating for me in a weird way. Anyway, congratulations! That's awesome.1
