Hi new to this. Have been bulking and lifting for 14 weeks. Made steady gains but for the last three weeks I have been stuck on 157lbs. I'm hitting 3200 calories per day, MFP sets me lower, but no gain. How long should I wait before increasing calories. Initial gain was mostly fat, however, I have been recouping and muscles are developing

Raise the calories. As you gain weight you need to eat more to gain more. Forget about what mfp sets you at. It's a guideline. If you're hitting 3200, is that including your workout deficit cause working out burns calories. Maybe you're more active than you realize even if you are counting your workouts. I didn't realize how many times a day I walk up and down the stairs at my job until I found out I was 105 pounds again.2
