Changing to lchf compared to calorie counting

MFP predicts weight loss/gain based on calorie count....is there a way to change that to my way of eating....lchf?

LCHF by itself will not guarantee weight loss. You still need to ensure there's a calorie deficit.0

Weight loss is from a calorie deficit even eating LCHF. Calories are the only way to calculate an estimate of what will be lost. Having said that, since every day is not exactly the same, the predictions are not particularly helpful. Mine can vary as much as 4kg for the 5 week prediction depending on what my day is like.0
