Starting with the man in the mirror

Hey all, I'm new to this and figured I would give it a try. I have been wanting to get back in shape but gave up a while ago and just dodnt care what I ate or how much. Now my health is becoming an issue. It's time to make something happen I am working on my self control as well as portion control. I am holding on tight hoping to not fall off the wagon. It's been 3 days with only 2 slip ups... I am new at this and still in the process of researching and learning callerie counting and other tips to speed up the process which is why I am trying this app ... It's slow going but I am determined. ☺
