Hey my name is Clark, 23 yrs old. I am always motivated towards becoming greater. I believe we are what we tell ourself. There was a period of time when I told myself that "I can't" or "its not possible". Like the ripple effect, those simple words affected my mind, and as a result my physic protrayed what I believed in. Upon my realization, I took a step and changed my thoughts, I changed the context from "cant'" to "can". I've lost 30lbs within 3 monthes and hoping to lose 20lbs more so I can be at 180 lbs lean. I'm looking for a positive calorie tracking buddy, if you like sharing your story add me.

Hey Clark. I'm Greg 36. Also looking to get down to 180. I got 15lb to go by December 31st. I do a intermittent fasting with one larger meal in the evening. Some caloric drink intake during the day while in the gym. Hey thanks for your post man. It is helping me reach my goal.1

I think that is great. Always keep it positive, you can do anything with a winners attitude. If you want, you can look at my profile. It is open. I keep an open diary and try and eat a clean and healthy diet.
My goal is 135-140 and I am at 152. I'm a blut and motivational cheerleader. I enjoy reading posts and commenting. If you want to add me, feel free.1 -
My original goal was just to lose "some" weight. I found MFP when I was in need of a calorie counting app. I quickly realized that this can work. I changed my thought from losing some weight to losing all excess weight and becoming fit. Stay positive and keep being motivated.0
