Hello all. I am trying again. My goals are to lose one to two pounds a week. I have announced to my meat eating spouse that I will be eating veggies and fish...for at least two weeks. We have to go to Dallas for the holidays, and four pounds lighter would be great. It's going to be a long day today.

You don't have to cut out meat to lose, all it takes is having a calorie deficit/ eat less than you burn
You have a few weeks to go so a few pounds could be history in that time. You don't say if you have much to lose, if you don't then it will be a taller order to expect 4lbs in two weeks.
