Think she means the first 10 minutes of the actual workout
  • YES. So much this! Always start my workout being like, "How TF am I ever going to last 40 min. on this machine?" and then when I finish I'm like, "Well, I might as well throw in some treadmill time as long as I'm here..." Lollllzzzz.

Reading the title, I thought someone called you a cow and it motivated you to get in shape hence "moo-tivation"

i think it's the fact that it takes that long to warm-up your body. Once you're muscles are warmed up, working out feels good, but those first minutes feel like that for a reason. And as with all things in life, often getting started is the hardest part.

I would get that feeling with cardio machines but don't get that with strength training. But I also believe it's because I really enjoy lifting so I want to do it more.
