SandraD1971 - good breakfast seems to help

I read an article about the 8 things fit people always do and including vegetables in breakfast was one of them. I do find if I eat low carb/low sugar/high protein breakfast, it holds me hungry. I had greek vanilla yogurt and fruit on Friday and was famished all morning! Today I had an omlette with peppers and spinach - still no hunger and that was 2 hours ago:) This works for me so thought I would share it.
