Rubbish. I'm a student and I work full time. Doesn't sound like you're out of stamina, but you're not willing to set a side time for your goals.

I go to the gym 5 times a week at 5.30am because thats when I have to MAKE time for me.

Check out these links and see if you can incorporate them into your weekly routine (at least 3-4 x week).

    http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/health-fitness/exercise/how-do-10-minute-workout

(an auto-play ad may start at these links)

And try to do some brainstorming about what days/times you find that you can squeeze in 60-90 minutes of exercise (where you're not tired), and come back to the forums and ask for some suggestions about a fitness plan (*). Or take the exercises listed in the links above and expand on them a bit (if you have more time).

It's worth trying to get in some fitness wherever you can. I spent my entire 20s and early 30s dealing with lower back issues and other maladies that have virtually diminished in the last two years, because of prioritizing fitness. I didn't have to give up much of anything in exchange either.

Hope this is of some help!

(*) Edit: If you do come back, let us know more about yourself, what exercises you like, what facilities/equipment you have access to, ... basically the more information the better, so people can provide some suggestions.

As weird as it sounds if you manage to include enough and often exercise your stamina and energy levels will peak up. My job and working out have me on the go all day and I'm much more energetic than when I used to not do anything all day. As long as you feed your body you'll feel better.

Also being a student exhausts your mind more than anything else and that is another field where working out would help you a great deal. It relieves the stress and distracts your mind to be ready to start again next.

So in summary, try to make time, little more each day until you get into a routine of doing something you enjoy, and in a matter of days you'll realise you feel better and have more strength to go through studying and working. Good luck.
