I drink herbal teas in the evening. Lemon/Ginger and Peppermint are my favorites. I also found a holiday tea, white chocolate peppermint, that is AWESOME, but very expensive so I drink it sparingly. If I'm still hungry and have spare calories, I'll eat peanut butter (15g) on a Martin's slice potato roll (90 cals) or an ounce of raw cashews. If I don't have the calories, I'll eat a serving (35g) or two (70g) of baby carrots with a little bit of salt.

Dill pickles take away all the cravings for sweet and salty. And they're low in calories, carbs and fat. Yipee!

Tonight I had 5 saltine crackers and a cup of coffee with creamer. It was roughly 100 calories and was enough to help with the hunger. Coffee or hot tea always help me.

I'm also a huge fan of pickles.

I love pumpkin or sunflower seeds. The flavored ones like pickles or spicy. The fact that you can eat them slowly makes your snack last longer. They are high in calories so you don't want to eat more than half a cup. Pumpkin seeds are high in magnesium which boost your metabolism.
