Hi I thought I should say hello to everyone. I am a 42 year old with my husband and 2 kids . I weigh 17 ST and 5 1bs . I have buldging disks in my back and have sculioses of the spine as well as FM and various other things going on with me. I set this up yesterday and the graft suggested I could have up to 1700 calories which I feel is way to high . What do others think about this ? I am walking some I do PT once a week to help strengthen my back and to help loose some weight too . I was wondering if anyone could let me know if this sounds reasonable amount of calories to take in one day . I have said in my set up that I want to loose 11b a week and my goal is to be 15 stone. Thank you in advance
