30 day shred

This has probably been asked dozens of times but I just can't find any threads about it using my phone, so I will delete :)

What would you log Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred as?

Also, if anyone has any success stories I'd love to hear them, I've heard some really good things which I'm sort of surprised by given the short duration of the workouts, it doesn't seem like the calorie burn would be very high.

    I log it as circuit training.

    I did 30 day shred 3 years ago with amazing results, level 1 for 15 days (3-4 days a week so i could recover) then i was so used to it i did lvl 2 for 15 more days withe the same recovery. I lost over 30lbs and dropped a few sizes, i was also stronger =) I watched them for free on youtube and I moved on to the fitnessblender work out videos after that. Once I get down to a safer weight, I'm going to do this again because i was so happy with the results last time =D
