wow, i was surprised to hear that rice cakes are made from brown rice. i never ate them becuase i always thought it had to be from white rice. i heard about this and sure enough the ingredients are: whole grain brown rice. i am thrilled. i will definitely be incorporating these into my foods. i just had 2 plain, delicious and planning on putting a little peanut butter or even tuna for a "sandwich". i was happy for another addition to my list of foods that i eat.

I like the brown better than the white. I also found brown rice chips they are super yummy! And cheaper than potato chips.

If you're looking for grains to add to your list you might want to look for "Wasa Crackers" they come in several variety, light rye, multigrain, fiber, ect. I use the light rye with tuna all the time.

I love the Lundberg Brown Rice cakes and use them like you will be doing in the future - peanut butter. etc. I like the crunch sometimes vs my Oroweat Sandwich thins.
