Quick question I have never suffered with my back I started to cycle after my daily run last Friday doing about 10-14km not to hard on country roads didn't cycle Saturday but have done all this week Saturday would be my next rest day. This morning my lower back is quite sore especially when I bend over do you think it is from the cycling anyone? Treatment suggestions thanks??

It could be the DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness) effect if it only started the morning after. It'll go away soon and the more you cycle the less effective it'll be.0

It may be that your bike isn't correctly adjusted? Try looking up the right posture and seating for the bike with saddle, handlebars etc and see if that helps
hope it's better soon!!0
