How are you measuring your intake?0
-
Yes i do have one0

I use the scale all the time0

Yes i do have one
Do you use it, religiously, to weigh and log every bite? You're close to goal, every extra calorie is going to count. You're at the last 10 pounds, which is notoriously SLOOOOOOOW to come off. If you are sure your calories are spot on, then keep doing what you're doing.1 -
Congrats on the weight loss . They always say the last 10 pounds are the hardest .. be happy and eat good the rest will come off when it's ready
Good luck3 -

According to scoobysworkshop.com, your TDEE to maintain is 1549 at sedentary. So eating 1600 isn't going to work. You're going to have to go below 1549 to lose weight. I wouldn't go too far below, 1300 at the very most. Then be patient.6

I don't work out but i have 5 kids under 10 ! Im busy all the time around the house and doing chores
Not sure if that puts me at lightly active?!
As i mentioned before i feel like under 1600 im hungry and end up in a binge
I feel like this is the end of my weight loss...:(

Why not take a maintenance break and give yourself a bit of down time from trying to lose weight. Many find that taking a step back and just giving yourself some breathing room helps things move forward. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and if trying to lose weight right now is causing you stress, than it's not healthy for you. 2-4 weeks in maintenance may end up being exactly what you need4 -
Then try 1550 for a while. You don't have to make big jumps in calories. Also eat plenty of protein and veggies and lay off the sugar to help eliminate cravings. Sweet carbs make me want more sweet carbs... but 1500 isn't even that low, it's not enough of a deficit to cause a binge as a physiological reaction, so I'm guessing it's more in your mind. Be strong, think of your goals, resist the urge to binge, eat a carrot.

And yeah you're not losing because your calorie goal is too high.0
-
"busy around the house and doing chores" is still pretty sedentary unless you can honestly say that you NEVER sit down during the day.1
-
As far as being hungry is concerned, take a look at your macros - are you getting enough protein and fat? Are you getting enough fiber? If any of those are on the low side, raising them a bit may help you feel better on 1500 cals.1

Well, it's math - so if you are convinced that you are logging correctly and are eating your meals from home where you control the ingredients - then you have to eat less. No real way around that.
My guess is that there are little snacks and extras and finishing a bite of your kids' plates during your day.
When I was that close to goal, it was really easy to wipe out my small deficit. "A" cookie, a glass of milk, some jello. It doesn't take much to go from weight-loss to maintenance, especially when you are technically eating at maintenance if you haven't been losing.
Tighten up the logging. Good records mean results.5 -

Anyone at 5'1ish ? You eat how many calories ?0
-
I'm 5'1 and am eating 1300 a day, but I still have about 25 lbs to lose. I agree that fat and protein are key for me to keep the cravings away. I can deal with hunger, but the cravings are much harder to fight3
