Former "Crossfitter" and most recently just lazy... life got busy and I quit paying attention to my health. Deciding to get serious and thought I'd participate here and see if this will help me.

Yes I do! I swear even though its all about eating, I can't get myself to eat well if I am not working out. I am going to spend this week getting together what I am going to do exercise-wise. That sounds like a hard major!

I'm in sort of the same boat. Was a former martial artist until a motorcycle accident sidelined me for several months. After physical therapy was over, I got lazy. Feel free to add me.

Ah man... I hate hearing about bike accidents. I am a rider myself. I just bought a BMW R1200R. Its not quite old man yet, but not a rocket!

Hi Nate... I'm a newbie here and also trying to get back to my formerly fit self. Toxic mold poisoning and a laundry list of health issues that followed had me sidelined for 7 years. Rx drugs & steroids caused leaky gut and metabolic issues that contributed to massive weight gain. Finally kicked mainstream medicine for a holistic approach that has helped immensely with my health goals, but am still working hard to lose the weight and get back into good physical shape.

Sorry to hear about your motorcycle accident CafeRacer..... I'm a rider too and my Harley has been calling to me from the garage for over 5 years now. Getting back in the saddle is one of my biggest motivators!

    Feel free to add me.

That's great man. I got back on track as well. Maybe you can give me some pointers on how to cross fit. I would like to get into that. I'm Greg 36. Nice to meet you.
