Fitness For Emotions and Weight Loss

I am struggling with life in general. Perhaps it's a midlife crisis or dementia. I have diabetes and I am trying to get fit and lose weight and move my emotions to a middle ground rather than the roller coaster they are on. One step at a time. Searching for happiness; praying a lot.

    I've struggled with anxiety and depression in my life. Exercise helps me a lot. I hope you find something in your journey that works for you. :smile:

    I find that if I don't exercise life sucks. Even on rest days. I have seasonal depression due to no sunlight for a few months of the year and exercise helps me get through it.
    I really recommend trying it and give it a few months. It takes time to be hooked on it.
