Before anyone gets alarmed, I am on a medically supervised weight loss program. The first 13 weeks is a VLCD diet - high protein to be muscle sparing. I am in week 7 of that part, then I transition over to a more normal calorie counting diet. I like to do stats & charts - and thought this might be of interest.
The first table is a summary Predicted vs Actuals and the second item is a chart of daily weight loss / weight gain. I just thought it was interesting.
