Hi Everyone
I keep starting and then failing! I am on 1200 per day - any ideas on good meals to stick within this amount of cals? thanks so much SJ x

    Depending on your current weight, you might not be eating enough calories for your body. That could be why you're having difficulty keeping on track. But each day is a brand-new day to start new and really rock it!

    I am Lesley Barber and I am 68 years old I used to be on here but have come back again
    My calorie allowance is 1900 and staying under that for now. I weight 213 pounds (oops)
    I train by walking round our 10 acre block and do Wii boxing (this week only) will add DVD next week. Going slowly just now
    I have a male dog called Blaze who loves to walk just up the road to play with neighbour's dogs
