so, I am going thru some major life changes and have recently started back on MFP and started a workout routine....problem is my appetite sucks. I find myself not very hungry and therefore, I am just grabbing snacks (example dinner lately has been a bowl of ramen noodles and that's all). the snacks are not always good and not always bad. I am struggling finding foods to eat (cause I know I have to) when I don't have an appetite for anything....Any suggestions how to overcome this?

Browse Pinterest and find some nutrient heavy, one dish meals that you can fix in advance and grab instead of the ramen noodles. I like taco bowls, chili with salad, white chicken chili, casseroles, etc... Try a protein shake or nutrition drink, or even a milkshake.
