Hi. I'm Krystle. I'm 31 years old. I'm a SAHM with three amazing kids (10y,8y,&18mnth). I'm also hoping to get into our nursing program in May. I started my fitness journey back on October 17 and I'm down almost 30 lbs. I've been struggling with my weight for a few years now. My starting weight was 247 and my goal is to be 199 by the end of January. I would love to get to 170ish. I have been looking into
Portion control and counting calories with a little macro work. I am still currently breastfeeding my daughter as well. The struggle of binge eating is every where but I'm learning to make better choices. I could use some friends to keep me motivated.

I had to google SAHM.
I guess I was a SWM. Now I am a GRANNY.
I hear you about the easy access to food at home.1 -
I've started meal prepping again and it helps so much. I even meal prep my 18 month old's food. She normally eats off my plate but now I have my food weighed out and measure so momma has to eat it ALL.0

It's also helped with not spending money going out to eat!0
