I just wanted to reach out and ask if any of you are particularly knowledgeable (by research and/or experience) on carb cycling.
How effective is carb cycling vs normal caloric deficit dieting (at a steady daily macro level)?
I am thinking about starting this method to make a solid cut while keeping my metabolism at an ok place, what do you think??

What makes you believe that your metabolism isn't at an ok pace. Your metabolism is literally just the biochemical processes to change food into energy. Carb cycling has zero impact on it. Carb cycling was more designed to address fitness requirements (more carbs on lifting days). The below article is one that I have always found informative on carb cycling. And Mike Matthews is fairly no nonsense.
