I haven't had much success lately. I feel like I need to be more accurate, Where can I buy a reasonably priced food scale, weight scale, and activity tracker? I have a scale but it's not digital and I can't really see what it says.(By the way, I don't have a credit card so I can't buy online or don't have many big stores near me.)

Firstly you don't need a fitness tracker. Secondly any basic digital food or weight scale will do.
You say you can't buy online and have no big stores near you so you're already making excuses but go to what stores might carry stock and buy one.2 -
We have a digital weight watchers scale, just went into one of their local places some time ago and pick it up as they had a sale. As for weighing myself I have a aria scale and I have a fitness zip, the zip is only $59. counts yr steps calories burned. What I like about the zip and aria is they sync with MFP. I'm just the type of person who likes gadgets and likes to see what I'm doing, but of curse you don't need them. You can always go to a store and buy a amazon gift card, or to a bank and get a bank debit card that is loaded with however much $ you want then you can use the online services to get what you want.1

I got my digital food scale at the grocery store (Meijer, which is similar to a Walmart), for under $20. My weight scale came from the same place and was also under $20. I've lost 50lbs and have been in maintenance for almost 4 years now, and I've never bothered with a fitness tracker.2

You've cut out the two shopping places--online and major stores--that people can suggest without knowing where you live. That leaves local shops and smaller stores, neither of which we could name since we don't know where you live. I'd say just go to a few stores and look around.1 -
Do you have a smartphone by any change? Then you might as well download a step counter app. There's one build into iphones already, in the health app. That's a start. Though honestly, you don't really need a step counter. What you do need is a digital food scale, and maybe a tape measure to track your progress. If you want to then get a digital bathroom scale. But it's not the biggest necessity. Anything that claims to measure body fat percentage is a hoax, btw. Thus you don't need that anyway.

my food scale was 18.99 on sale at a hardware store...it's a starfrit...digital and it's great.
my fitness tracker isn't needed but motivational...looking into fitbit flex/charge as my current company appears to be going out of business.
weight scale mine is cheap cheap but I don't get on it often either.
I live in a small town and purchased most of my stuff at Walmart or the local hardware store...
the fitness tracker can be found at walmart.
Some online places do debit btw.1 -

no one needs a fitness tracker but they can be very motivational...I didn't think I would get one either...but here I am 3 years later still loving it.1 -

Fully agreed but they are a nicety and not a requirement.1 -
You can use a debit card to shop online. It doesn't have to be a credit card. Other than that, I agree with the others: go to your local stores and see what they have. The food scale would be the most important. Get a cloth measuring tape while you're at it and keep track of your measurements as well.1

Do you have a checking account? Some online shopping places will take Paypal, which can be setup to electronically pay for a purchase from your checking account like writing an electronic check.
As for big box stores, I completely understand. I live in a small town as well, which doesn't even have a Wal-Mart (although we just got a Wal-Mart on the opposite side of my county a few years ago, so there is at least a 'big box store' in my county now even if it is in a different city with a 30 min. drive). I bought my food scale online, but would agree with just looking around at smaller shops. Between hardware store, grocery stores, and other places that might sell kitchen gadgets like can openers and such, you can probably find a scale somewhere.1 -
If you can't find a food scale, a postal scale will also work. Is there anywhere in town where you can buy a prepaid Visa gift card? You can buy those in person and use them online. You can also check with your local stores and see if they can order things in special for you. When I lived in a small town I used to do that all the time with our locally owned hardware store.1

You can set up a PayPal account that deducts from your checking account, so you don't have to have a credit card to purchase online. Or purchase via mail order and send them a paper check.1

I got my digital scale through Amazon. Less than $20 I believe. Go to any store that sells gift certificates and you will surely find some Amazon gift cards. Buy them with your cash and then use them on Amazon's site.2

My food scale: Its called The Biggest Loser food scale and I got it at walmart for 23$. Its lasted me 3 years and its super sturdy.
My fitness tracker: Fitbit charge hr. 100$ on ebay. I recommend it. It helped me lose those last 5 vanity pounds. Because of the accuracy.
