Since I have cut the carbs that I have been eating in half, I have noticed that I do not have to take Zantac anymore. Has anyone else noticed this?

My husband. I never heard about it prior to eating a low carb diet (fat, acidic and spicy foods are what I've always heard) but many, many people who've reduced their carbs report the same thing. You're definitely not alone.0

I've noticed that since I've lost a substantial amount of weight, my acid reflux has pretty much completely gone away - carbs or no carbs.0

For me it was mostly cutting back on super greasy stuff and less heavy meals...I used to have to pop Tums like candy...I eat a ton of carbs though.0
