day 2

Hi, I started myfitnesspal yesterday, decided on the recommended number of calories...so not too generous, not to restrictive, but in the middle. I went 17 calories over my target yesterday...so all in all I think I did ok for my first day....hoping to be 17 calories below today!

    Welcome! Don't worry about going a few calories over. Calorie counting is a balancing act. :)
