Daily Weight Fluctuations

Last night I weighed myself before going to bed at 141lbs. Today I weighed myself after work and weighed in at 135. A 6 pound variance from day to day.

The struggle is REAL! o:)

    I wouldn't weigh at different times of the day and not at night either because of food, waste and water in your body.

    I weigh first thing in the morning in undies after taking care of morning "business". And be consistent with this schedule.

    Always weight at the same time of the day. Morning is the best time, after you go to the bathroom as it is your "dry" weight with no food or drink in your system.

    You'll always weigh more in the evenings. You've been accumulating food in your GI tract all day. The morning after you use the bathroom and before breakfast is the best time to weigh in. It's also the most consistent from day to day :)

    Grrrr. I was 280.6 yesterday morning and 282.2 this morning. Same time, clothes etc.

    Grrrr. I need to poop.

    Yea it's hard when you know your doing the right things and scale doesn't pay attention ..

    I was feeling slim this morning but my scale didn't agree lol
