motivation and breaking the slump >.<

HI HI!
Well, I am rather new at this, so basically I'm 5'6 and between 129 and 133 lb... my weight goes up and down daily... And currently I am at a standstill with the whole weightloss thing >.<... So I am really looking for people about my size (or any size for that matter) to help motivate me and keep me going... Everytime I see the scale (and I know I shouldn't be looking at if daily, but that is something I am working on) I cringe, and loose confidence in myself...
SO, basically any helpfull advice, or anything to help me get rid of the last 10 lb would BE WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! (o btw I am not a gym person, all my sports are outside and/or excersize dvd's ^^ YOUTUBE ROCKS; for that lol)
