Low carb low cal delicious strawberry abominations
I just tried something different and it turned out great! They look weird but they taste and smell amaaaazing.
This was my first try so it needs a lot of tweaking, but didn't want to keep this from you guys!
I took 2 medium egg whites and beat them stiff. In another bowl, I mixed 2 egg yolks, 15 grams of cream cheese, 70 ml soy milk and 15 grams of strawberry protein powder. Then I added 50 grams of strawberries and spooned this mixture + 0.5 teaspoon of steviapowder through the egg whites. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 125 degrees (celcius) and I got 6 huge delicious... things!

The six of them together yield 238 calories and 4 carbs. Leave out the strawberries for a total of 1 carb, leave out an egg yolk for a total of 188 calories.
Nutritional information for each cookiemuffinthing:
40 calories,
0.5g carbs,
2g fat,
4.5g protein,
0.5g sugar

If Lovecraftian baking isn't already a thing, now it's definitely a thing.
You had me at 'abominations'. I'm trying these tonight0 -
Curious as to what you cooked these on/in - on a cookie sheet? In a muffin tin?0

Some sort of muffin tin! You could probably cook them on a cookie sheet but you'd get flat, more cookie-like things.0
