Is G-fuel ok to drink?

So I have problems where drinking normal water just kind of gets boring, Since I use to be a gamer I have alot of this stuff called G-Fuel, Does drinking this stuff still give you the value of normal water? gfuel.com/

    Yep...it's just a sugar free energy drink, so treat them as such. I wouldn't recommend it as a replacement to water completely due to high caffeine content, just don't go over the maximum dose. If you want, you could include other sugar free drinks without caffeine or give flavored water a shot.

    It sounds expensive and like extra work, but hardly harmful. Drinking for thirst isn't supposed to be fun though.
