Hello, I'm 18, 158cm (around 5'2) I used to be 72kg (158.7lbs) and now I've finally reached my dream weight of 55kg (121.2lbs) but I can't help but still feel ugly ): I want to lose much more weight now. I've become much more obsessed in weight loss then when I first started out. I really don't know what to do. And I feel fatter than I was before every time I eat.

How old are you and how tall are you?
I think you need to speak to a counsellor associating weight / with being ugly isn't healthy and neither is the obsessing.

For a start there is no such thing as an ugly person, beauty comes from within. If you are a nice kind person, then you are beautiful, so less of the negative talk please! How tall are you? 55kgs is quite low unless you are very petite. And think about it logically, if you are losing weight, you aren't getting fatter now are you?
If you feel that things are spiralling out of control, it may be a good idea to have a chat to your doctor and speak to a professional who can help you work out your troubling thoughts. All the best to you.6 -
Good advice above.
I'm much older than you and one thing I've learned is that feelings can lie to you. There's a lot of pressure out there for young folks these days to look a certain way and be a certain way..... you be you. There's only one of you, you're unique and need to give yourself a chance.
Take the advice above and talk to a friend, a counselor, someone who can help you see that you're worth much more than you know.3 -

This ^^
But also ... go to a beauty salon and get a makeover, buy a cute new outfit that fits the lighter you, get your hair cut or styled into something new.
If you're still wearing pretty much the same stuff and looking pretty much the same way, you might not see the difference.
Also ... what do you do for exercise?

You need to go talk to someone, preferably a doctor. It really sounds like you have body image issues, and that kind of thing will stick around, no matter what weight you achieve. Please heed my advice, I've been (and sometimes still am!) there.2

You need to stop being so negative towards yourself! You are beautiful and you've worked so hard! 18 is a tough age...emotions are crazy. As cheesy as it sounds look in the mirror and compliment yourself everyday. Do things that make you feel good, exercise, try new makeup/hairstyles, charity work, list reasons to be grateful etc..
Also are you drinking enough water, eating enough, getting enough vitamins? So important!1 -
I'm 5'2 and 129. I need visual reminders to sew my change I look in the mirror and don't see it. My 4 year old saw it and snapped me into aeeing it morre. Go try on a slinky black dress or something that you wouldn't have tried on in the past. If you're a girly girl go get your hair cut and styled get your make up done (Sephora, Macy's, Nordstrom all do it for free) and then look at yourself again. You reached out on here which is great and if you need someone to tell you you're pretty every day friend me but please do me a favor and talk to a pro. At 18 these issues can lead down a rabbit hole of destruction. Your future self will appreciate the help.1
