What a difference a year makes

These pictures are almost a year to the date apart. The white coat I was over 230 lbs, the me with glasses and the black coat, I am under 200 lbs. I still have about 30 or so pounds to go, but I kind of have stalled out, and need to get myself going again.

    It looks like like you've accomplished all that while working in the food industry (chef's coat?). Doubly impressive!

    Yes I am an Executive Chef / Assistant Food Service Director. I also am really good at pastries as well lol. But finding out I had Binge Eating Disorder last February and working to get that under control helped a lot. But now where the first 30 ish pounds fell off without much effort I am not at a stand still, and really do not know how to get started to get the weight loss going again.

    Congrats on this first year and the 30 pounds gone, you look great! Maybe it could help you to get a closer look on your nutrition, daily habits and workouts to see if you there is something to adjust that can reanimate your journey. One small change at a time may make a difference in the long run :) You've got this, just keep pushing forward!
