Eating after workout

Hey everyone!
So I've read different places that it's really important to eat after a workout, even if it's a snack. To me, this makes sense for maybe trying to gain muscle. But if I'm simply trying to lose weight, is that still what I'm supposed to do?

no, eat when it is most convenient and satisfying as long as you reach your daily nutritional needs.0

I'm always hearing workout & nutrition rumors and they can be hard to sort out. Thanks for the answer!

In my opinion, it is good to eat before a workout in the range of your daily nutritional needs.
After, it feels more hunger pangs and you tend to eat more.0 -
