It seems to me that after trolling through infinite recipes and recipe ideas that it all comes down to recipe THEMES. As long as you can make a basic omelet, stir fry, sandwich, wrap, porridge, curry, pizza, etc. all you need is something to make ordinary meals interesting. Same goes for sweets like protein fluffs, cookies, cheesecake, cake, icecream combinations and so forth.

So I have made lists of sweet and savory meal themes and hope you guys can add more (as it is my no means a complete list :laugh:). Low calorie meals are proportional to the amount of vegetables used and whether or not the dairy products are reduced fat or there is artificial sugar present, so I won't try and delve into that.
