Embed video into a myfitnesspal blog

So this isn't quite fun and games (but I'll have fun if I can figure out how to do this).

Does anyone have any idea how to embed a youtube video into a myfitnesspal blog post?

I tried using youtube tags, I also tried using embed code but when I paste it into the HTML editor it vanishes as though I never put it in there.

Any ideas?
