I have been counting macros and for the past year or so... I've lost almost 50lbs and its paid off, the past couple of most I was really serious into it and I have developed binge eating disorder and now i have a serious unhealthy relationship with food...
I have started take a break from tracking my macros during the holidays, I have binged the past 3 days (3000cal or more each day), any advice for me... I just want to maintain until the new year without tracking.

What macros are you tracking? I only count calories and make sure I have more protein than carbs so I'm not used to being super strict. What about just counting calories for now? You'd still keep on track but give yourself a break in the others? Or maybe keep tracking your macros but allow yourself a "free" day where you loosen the dietary requirements a little? Good luck on whatever you choose to do!0

I gave myself a break for now and just said no sugar this week while trying to maintain within my calorie limit. Some days u just need more food...just try to make healthier choices so u don't feel so bad after.0
