Freezing soft serve ice cream?

I've had all my calories for today, but dad brought me a 300 calorie soft serve ice cream sundae. I already messed up twice this week, but picked myself up, put in more exercise and did better. So if I freeze soft serve ice cream, can I soften it up again by microwaving it a little tomorrow? Or should I just throw it away?

    You can freeze it and set it on the counter for 10 minutes or so to soften. I wouldn't heat it in the microwave .
