I want big outtie abs with bulk so using weights. I am doing a lot of weighted planks and have one ab crunch machine at my gym. How can I do ab training with weights?

If you want a big waist then do heavy compound lifts. If you want your abs to "pop" more then you'll need to get leaner.0

How much more do you want?! You look pretty ripped in the pic.0

A selectorized ab machine would be my choice, due to its full range of motion and reduced involvement of non-target muscles.
And of course squats and deadlifts, so you have functional strength to go along with the pretty abs.2 -
Hanging leg raises holding a dumbell between your feet can work well as an accessory. Just be aware of the grip on the bell between your feet, because if it slips while you're fully folded, things could go bad quickly.1

I agree with this exercise has made a difference for me.0
