Are you in a calorie deficit? That is how you lose. Did you read any of the stickies at the top of these boards? Like this one?

What are your goals (what's your current weight, your goal weight, rate of los selected)? What do you do (how active are you)? How do you measure your calorie intake (food scale, measuring cups, eyeballing)?
Definitely read the stickies, that's what they're there for :-) Calorie deficit is where it's at, just gotta be honest and accurate.1 -
We need some more info-what are your current stats (height/age/weight), and what are you doing right now in terms of weight loss?2

We need some more information to give you advice. Are you honestly tracking your food? Are you sticking to appropriate calorie and macro goals? Are you working out hard 5-6 days/week?
In general though, focus on building consistency from day to day...in both exercise and proper nutrition.2 -
