I've noticed that if I enter in what I'm about to eat BEFORE I eat it, it helps me be more aware of what I'm about to do, and makes me really think, "Is it worth it?" I've also been pleasantly surprised by the fact by entering/searching my meal before I eat it, that on some occasions I can allow myself to eat more than I thought! That's always a pleasant surprise to a hungry man
