    Hey 37 male also had WLS and put on 30 pounds I'm trying to loose.

    All because you've had WLS doesn't mean you can't eat high cal foods you need counselling as your eating foods that comfort you
    Even if you have gastric bypass you can get 3000 worth high calorie foods in
    Alcohol is another people tend to take up after wls
    Sadly I feel anyone who's having wls should only have it when they have therapy and lose 30 lbs alone as its not going to lose you weight if you eat high cal foods
