Hey there - i am Tana Fee and i want to lose 100 lbs. Any suggestions on where to start.

    I would start with one or two pounds, and then go from there. :)

    Seriously, the way to do it is to use MFP regularly, log your meals, shoot for modest calories deficits daily, get some physical activity daily, eat less carbs and more protein and higher-fiber veggies, and be stubborn about it.

    Don't worry too much about the big goal. Celebrate each healthy thing you do as a gift to yourself that contributes to your long-term health and well-being. When you can do more, do more, and just keep going. Eventually, you will get there.
