Hi, My name is, Alexis. I am really looking for people to tell me their stories and how they have lost weight. Everyone's bods are different and everyone lose weight differently as well. So I would like people to tell me what works for them. Right now I am trying my best to keep my calorie intake at 1200 or less. (I have only been on this site for 2 days)- What are some good at home exercises? What can I replace my coffee with, that has the safe affect?

1. I ate a little less and moved a little more and tracked my calories for awhile
2. Barring medical conditions, we're not all really that different...weight management is by and large about energy balance.
3. 1200 is already a substantial deficit from maintenance...no need to go under it. It also assumes zero exercise...exercise activity should be accounted for when you do it, particularly if it's vigorous and/or you're burning a lot of calories.
4. You should do whatever exercise you enjoy doing as you will be more likely to do it and stick with it.
5. There's nothing wrong with coffee...it has like 2 calories per cup...coffee is actually chalk full of antioxidants and provides a decent amount of potassium1
