New Me Post Baby Season

Hello all!
My name is Jessica and I'm 27 years old. I am a mom of 3 kids (6.5, almost 5, and 5 months) as well as a mom to an angel baby. I have always struggled with my weight. I played sports all through High School but struggled to be in great shape. After graduation, I got in the best shape of my life- weighing in around 175lbs. If I had known what I know now, I know I could've gotten another 40lbs off. When I started dating and got engaged to my now husband, working out and dieting was the last thing I cared about and I let myself go. My biggest weight was summer of 2015 before I got pregnant with my third baby. I was around 253lbs. I have no been below 215lb since being married from what I remember. My last baby was 4 months old when my husband came to me and said, "I weigh too much. I want us to be around and healthy for these kids." And off to work we went. I started at 247.6lb and my husband was 391lbs. We started with Atkins, but I have transitioned more to a Ketogenic lifestyle and I'm working on improving in that. In the first month, without any support, I lost 16lb and he lost 20lb. We broke through that plateau and continue to lose. I would love to be at 210 by my birthday on February 4th. I also hope to run a half Marathon mid march and would love to be below 200 by then.
