I have beenon fitness pal for about three months. Loosing weight is hard, I hate exercising. I tried the gym but hated it! I eat about 1100 cals a day and have lost 13 lbs. I have 35 more pounds to go. I try not eating real bread or noodle cause of health problems. I am in need of encouragement. Please no negative comments, thank you!

hey welcome aboard. Best of luck for reaching your goal. It will take some efforts but you will surely reach it. Initially even I hated gym and clean eating. But 9 months down the road I am a changed person. Just hang in there each day and you will do it....0
