bahahahaha! More like killed me! I've been creeping all the 30 DS threads and thought I can do that. Well, 1st day done and I am confident in saying Jillian kicked my butt! I certainly couldn't. I'm just wondering if it is this difficult for everyone. I'm not disheartened, just astonished at how truly out of shape I am along with being obese. I literally could not leave the ground with both feet! Jumping jacks, skip rope, butt kicks - a no no so I just did the same motions while light jumping from one foot to the other. I couldn't stretch out very well and that whole clasping your hands behind your back and pulling up!? I got my hands together but nothing was moving after that! I couldn't do the bicycle floor exercise, not just because it was hard, but it felt like I was sitting on a rock. Literally a big lump at the bottom of my spine. If anyone else has had the same problem is there a way around it?. I'm pretty sure I won't be leaving level 1 for the whole month,but seriously, it can only get better. :laugh:
