Net carbs

I do LC how do you set your macros to input "net" carbs?

    In what sense? The macros already separate carbs, sugar (which is a carb), and fiber (which is a carb you can't digest). Are you thinking of adding those three categories together for some purpose which is not often chosen?

    You cant input net carbs. Either place the fibre and carb columns next to each other and do the math, find net carb entries in the data base or download this (it only works on the pc, not the app)
